author Carol Smilgin will discuss her novel "Provenance", a saga about
the "greatest art theft in history", the Nazi's confiscation of
priceless works of art.
Roth, an internationally known singer, writer, composer and
collaborator (Peter, Paul and Mary) will join us for a thoroughly
returns for the third year. Be prepared to challenge your recall
ability. Make up teams or take pot luck, but you will have fun.
Everyone who has played before has really enjoyed the contest.

Our own Ron Greene
will present a program featuring Greg O'Brien, local author of On Pluto,
sharing his experiences as an Alzheimer's patient. Also speaking
will be Dr. Molly Perdue, from the Alzheimer's Family Support Center in
Brewster about available services and help here on the Cape, and Deb
Hyson, an executive with Benchmark Communities who will speak about the
different local care facilities options. Come and learn from
some first hand knowledge.

is our annual Pot Luck Dinner. There will be no business meeting.
After our meal we will join Jack Craig in seasonal songs and hear
the stories behind them. This is the same man who wowed our club
with Broadway Melodies and their histories.

SINGERS OF SEA
SONGS, Julie Charland and Denya LeVine perform sea chanteys, folk
songs, familiar 20th century music and lively fiddle tunes, all on the
theme of the sea. They play guitar, fiddle, Irish drum, and
ukuleles, and their vocal harmonies sparkle with joyous energy.
Julie is a Nashville recording artist, award-winning songwriter, and
local folk and bluegrass musician with the group Toast and Jam.
Denya's a full time musician who's performed on Cape Cod and in
southeastern Massachusetts with folk and ethnic bands for 30
years. This duo has a zest for life that is contagious.
Local author Carol
Smilgin will discuss her novel "Provenance" and international romantic
suspense saga involving the "greatest art theft in history". The
Nazi's confiscation of over 600 thousand pieces of priceless art
works. Learn why they did it and who the monuments men
were. Learn what provenance means and if any of the art that
survived made it back to the original owners. Ms. Smilgin will be
available to sign copies of her novel and discuss future projects after

Marcus, (aka Paul Marcus Earle) will present a high-energy, comedy
magic show featuring music, audience participation, and incredible
feats of the impossible. Marcus has made magic for over 36 years and is
a member of The International Society of Magicians, The Society
of American Magicians, and the past president of the Cape Cod
Mystics. A former high school and college instructor, he was the
co-producer and principal performer in Magic by the Sea, a stage
production that ran for 12 years in Chatham. He is now the
operator of an entertainment company called appropriately enough, The

Dine Out is the club's annual year end banquet, when we say thank
you to the outgoing officers and install the new slate of officers who
will guide the club for the coming year.
